A fragile life with death ever present

I have returned to Dili after five days in Baguia.  It was good to see the WithOneSeed people and witness the progress they are making toward this year’s propagation of 30,000 mahogany seeds.  The daily challenges they have are significant yet they work with good humor and resolve.

Outside the gate to where I am staying is a sobering check on the fragility of live here in Timor Lester.
